1. Costume Reservation & Deposits
A costume is only considered reserved upon receipt of the required deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Balance Payments
Customers may clear their outstanding costume balance on the designated costume collection day.
Full payment must be received before any costume package will be released.
Costumes will not be issued to customers with outstanding balances.
3. Costume Collection
A valid form of identification and proof of payment may be required for costume collection.
Customers are responsible for verifying that all costume components are received at the time of collection.
Any discrepancies or missing items must be reported before leaving the collection venue.
4. Sizing & Fit
Costume sizes are based on measurements provided by the customer.
While every effort will be made to accommodate requested sizes, exact fit cannot be guaranteed.
No refunds will be issued for sizing issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
5. Costume Modifications
Costume designs, colors, materials, and accessories may be subject to reasonable modifications due to supplier availability, manufacturing requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
All payments made toward costume purchases are non-refundable.
Approved transfers, if permitted, are subject to management approval and any applicable administrative fees.
